By entering the AMEC Awards you agree to the following: All facts and figures contained in the entry are accurate and true, and that permission to enter has been given by all involved parties.

Your personal data that AMEC collects will be processed by AMEC. It will be kept confidential and secure once received. AMEC does not sell or rent personal information to other organisations. AMEC will use the personal data to provide you with information, products and services on AMEC.

Judging: The judges decision is final. Shortlisted entrants will be contacted on the email provided on the entry form on the shortlist announcement date. Judges will be recused from judging any entries from their organisation or where there is any conflict of interest. Judges can only access the entries that they have been provided to score. Judges will not share confidential material or entries with anyone.

After the AMEC Awards 2020 winners have been announced on 4 June 2020, Gold winning entries will be showcased as case studies on the resources page of amecorg.com. We will first seek your approval on the entry.

Guidelines on eligibility
You are eligible to enter more than one category Eligibility: the work must have been carried out for each entry between 1 September 2018 and 14 February 2020 and cannot have been entered into the AMEC Awards 2019. On-going campaigns: you can enter a campaign that spans a long period of time as long as the main focus is the period from 1 September 2018 to 14 February 2020.

Payment policy
Entry fees must be paid online at the time of completing the submission. You will receive an invoice/receipt on payment. AMEC uses a credit card third party to provide services and this third party will only use the data for the purpose for which it was provided.

Discounts
Discounts are offered on multiple entries. Every 7th entry is free.
